There are many ways in which you can help us and help your local waters!
Please contact us if you would like to join us for a day helping out – we are always looking for keen volunteers to come and give us a hand in many aspects of our work such as : Japanese Knotweed spraying, looking for Sparling or tree planting.
Joining us on some work days can give you hands on experience of what we do, and it will also help you 'do your bit' for the rivers!
As we are a charitable non-profit organisation, we are always looking to source extra money to help fund practical works and local projects. You can help us continue our important work by providing a donation to the Trust.

Two schools were able to make the most of the unseasonably warm weather upon Tongland Dam during their visits to the Galloway Hydro Scheme this week
Last week the Scottish Ministers laid regulations in the Scottish Parliament setting out the provisions to regulate killing salmon in Scottish waters for the 2019 fishing season.
Each spring the GFT organises an afternoon of presentations covering our work over the previous year. The attendees are usually various funders, supporting organisations, key stakeholders and interested parties.
