Marine Scotland Science issue report on Offshore Renewables

Recently published report from Marine Scotland Science on “The Scope of Research Requirements for Atlantic Salmon, Sea Trout and European Eel in the Context of Offshore Renewables".

This report highlights that there is still a lot of research required to properly understand salmon, sea trout and eel behaviour at sea. Until this research has been completed, it will be difficult to assess the potential risks to migratory fish from large offshore renewable schemes.
