Culvert checked by GFT

Jamie was out this morning with the Forestry Commission looking at a badly placed culvert on a potential brown trout spawning burn near Clatteringshaws. The culvert is set too high which will mean spawning adults will not be able to access upstream. Good to report that FCS are keen to rectify the situation and are going to re-lay the culvert lower down in the bed of the burn.
